Terms of Service
Trango Networks LLC \u2014 gotrango.com
Effective Date: May 4, 2026<\/p>


These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gotrango.com (the “Site”) operated by Trango Networks LLC (“Trango,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.
The Site is intended for use by businesses, including internet service providers, system integrators, resellers, distributors, and other commercial entities. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are accessing the Site on behalf of yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent.<\/p>


1. Use of the Site<\/strong><\/span>
Subject to these Terms, Trango grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for legitimate business purposes related to evaluating, purchasing, supporting, or using Trango products and services. You agree not to:
\u2022 Use the Site in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or contract
\u2022 Access, scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site by automated means without our prior written consent, except for legitimate search-engine indexing
\u2022 Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site
\u2022 Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, networks, or security mechanisms
\u2022 Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access
\u2022 Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
\u2022 Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity
\u2022 Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by Trango
\u2022 Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Site<\/p>


2. Accounts<\/strong><\/span>
If the Site offers account registration or a customer or partner portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update it as needed. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach. Trango is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.<\/p>


3. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/span>
The Site and all content made available through it, including text, graphics, logos, images, product names, datasheets, documentation, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by Trango or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“Trango,” “Trango Networks,” and associated logos are trademarks of Trango Networks LLC. All other trademarks, service marks, and product names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the owner.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works of any Content without Trango’s prior written consent. Datasheets and documentation may be downloaded for legitimate evaluation, sales, deployment, or support purposes provided that all proprietary notices are preserved.<\/p>


4. Submissions and Feedback<\/strong><\/span>
If you submit comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other materials to Trango through the Site or otherwise (“Submissions”), you grant Trango a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and otherwise exploit such Submissions for any purpose, without compensation or attribution to you. You represent that your Submissions are your own and do not infringe the rights of any third party.<\/p>


5. Product Information; No Warranty for Site Content<\/strong><\/span>
Trango makes commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, specifications, and availability on the Site, but does not warrant that such information is complete, current, or error-free. Specifications, features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Photographs, diagrams, and renderings are illustrative only and may not depict actual products. Any sale of Trango products or services is governed by separate written agreements, purchase orders, or terms and conditions of sale, which control over any inconsistent information on the Site.<\/p>


6. Third-Party Links and Resources<\/strong><\/span>
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including those of resellers, distributors, integrators, or technology partners. Trango does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.<\/p>


7. Disclaimers<\/strong><\/span>
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANGO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TRANGO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
This Section does not affect any warranties expressly provided in a separate written agreement governing the sale or license of Trango products or services.<\/p>


8. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/span>
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TRANGO NETWORKS LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TRANGO’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.<\/p>


9. Indemnification<\/strong><\/span>
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Trango, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any Submissions you provide.<\/p>


10. Termination<\/strong><\/span>
Trango may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if Trango believes you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive.<\/p>


11. Changes to the Site or Terms<\/strong><\/span>
Trango may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any portion of it at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated by posting updated Terms on the Site or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/p>


12. Governing Law; Venue<\/strong><\/span>
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. You agree that any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.<\/p>


13. Export Compliance<\/strong><\/span>
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations and sanctions administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or on any list to which export from the United States is prohibited or restricted.<\/p>


14. Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/span>
These Terms, together with any other agreements expressly referenced or entered into between you and Trango, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trango regarding the Site. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Trango’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Trango’s prior written consent; Trango may assign these Terms without restriction. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal effect.<\/p>
